Do you guarantee your leather products?

All items are individually handmade to the highest possible standard using the best quality materials. If an item is defective within 12 months from purchase, I will repair or replace it providing it has been properly cared for (conditioned) and not damaged through misuse or accidental damage. 

If you find on delivery that the item is the incorrect size or unsuitable I will offer an exchange or refund. Leather should be cared for and conditioned, as a natural product it can become dry and crack over time if it is not cared for. 

Over time (generally after many years) the stitching may need replacing. I am happy to do this for you.

 

What size do I need?

Please check out our Measurement Charts under the "Measurement Guides" for advice on what size you need. If you are in any doubt, please contact me and I will be happy to help. 

 

Can I order bridle components without buying a new bridle?

Yes of course. This will soon be an option on the website. In the meantime, if you would like to order any  bridle component, please email me and I can quote you for this. My email is info@rtleatherwork.co.uk

 

Can you make a belt to fit a buckle I already have?

Yes, I am happy to make belts to fit your buckle if you have a preferred traditional buckle.

 

How do I clean my leather item?

Please see my Leather Care page on how best to look after your new leather product. Leather is happy to get dirty and wet as long as it is properly looked after!
